The Most Inspiring Sports Music You Should Know

Great sport needs great music.

Sport is a dance of your body, while music will make your brain dance.

Now here comes the question: Are you bored when you work out?

If you’re stuck in a boring workout rut, it’s time to listen to some different music.

The right music will keep you company, give you power and encouragement.

I’d like to share my sports music playlist with you.

Moreover, I’ll share an all-around music downloader in the end of this article. So you can easily download music for sports.

1. One week - Barenaked Ladies

About it: "One Week" is a song by the Canadian rock band Barenaked Ladies, and is the first single from their 1998 album Stunt. The song is notable for its significant number of pop culture references, and remains the band's best known song in the United States. It reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for a single week.

2. Take Over Control - Afro jack ft Eva Simmons

About it: "Take Over Control" is a song by Dutch-born producer and DJ Afrojack, featuring vocals from Dutch singer-songwriter Eva Simons. It was released in the Netherlands on 12 August 2010. The song was number one for six weeks on Billboard's Hot Dance Airplay. Despite that, the song never cracked the top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number 41.

3. The Kids Aren't Alright - The Offspring

About it: "The Kids Aren't Alright" is a song by The Offspring. It is the fifth track from the band's fifth studio album Americana (1998) and was released as the third single from the album. It became another top 10 hit on the US Modern Rock Tracks chart. Its title is an allusion to the Who song "The Kids Are Alright" (from My Generation).

4. Just Dance - Lady Gaga

About it: "Just Dance" is the debut single by American singer Lady Gaga. It was released in 2008 as the lead single from Lady Gaga's debut studio album, The Fame. Lady Gaga wrote this song jus in 10 minutes, which called as "a happy record". "Just Dance" also has influences of R&B and lyrically speaks about being intoxicated at a club.

5. Waiting for Love - Avicii

About it: "Waiting for Love" is a song by Swedish DJ and music producer Avicii, produced by Avicii and Dutch producer Martin Garrix, and featuring uncredited vocals from Simon Aldred, the lead singer of Cherry Ghost. The track was released on May 22, 2015 as the lead single from Avicii's second studio album Stories.

6. Move Your Body - Sia/ Alan Walker

About it: "Move Your Body" is a song by Australian singer and songwriter Sia. It was released in January 2017 as the fourth single from her seventh studio album This Is Acting (2016). The song was used in a commercial for the 500 Lexus LC.

7. Best Day of My Life -American Authors

About it: "Best Day of My Life" is a song by American indie rock band American Authors.It was originally recorded for release as a single by Mercury Records and Island Records on March 19, 2013, and later appeared as the second track on the band's third extended play American Authors (2013) and the third track on their debut studio album, Oh, What a Life (2014).

8. Move Like Jagger - Maroon

About it: "Moves Like Jagger" is a song by American band Maroon 5 featuring recording artist Christina Aguilera, released by A&M Octone Records on June 21, 2011, as the fourth and final single from the re-release of the group's third studio album Hands All Over (2010).

9. Make A Shadow - Meg Myers

About it: "Make a Shadow" is the second extended play (EP) and debut major-label release by American singer-songwriter Meg Myers. It was released on February 7, 2014 by Atlantic Records. It serves as her first release under a major label after signing to Atlantic in 2012.

10. Animal - Neon Trees

About it: "Animal" is the lead single from Neon Trees' debut studio album, Habits. It debuted in June 2010 at number 100 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has reached a peak of number 13 in its twenty-two week on the chart.
